Dianna Kretzschmar

Dianna is a strong community leader and passionate advocate for many causes throughout Clark County. She has worked in Southwest Washington as a social worker and clinical case manager in long-term health care for almost 30 years. She most recently was with the Parks Foundation of Clark County where she served as the Executive Director.

Kretzschmar also serves on the boards of Elder Justice Center, the Friends of the Elder Justice Center and Mobile Medical Providers Northwest. She previously served as the first program coordinator for the Clark County Elder Justice Center in the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. In that role, she was instrumental in establishing the center, which educates, coordinates and fosters cooperation between professionals and public workers to find and prosecute cases of elder abuse.

Kretzschmar also served as Community Outreach Coordinator for the Clark County Vulnerable Adult Task Force. She is a volunteer for many community organizations including Share, where she spearheaded the successful #Every28days campaign. The #Every28Days campaign was recognized by the Association of Fundraising Professionals as 2018’s Most Innovative Community Project. Dianna has also been involved in fundraising campaigns for the School of Piano Technology for the Blind, Battle Ground Healthcare and The Children’s Center. In 2013 Kretzschmar was also a recipient of the Clark College Foundation Iris Award, which celebrates women’s outstanding contributions to the community.

Dianna is married and the mother of 6 children, and a proud Blue Star mother of 3 who currently serve in the United States Armed Forces. She enjoys playing the piano, hiking and believes that “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others” Mahatma Gandhi.

Jennifer McDaniel, Secretary

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, and has worked in the hotel & restaurant industry for many years as Director of Sales & Marketing, and Director of Catering. Jennifer also served on the Washougal City Council for 9 years. She currently works in the Healthcare Industry as Dietary Services Manager for a skilled nursing facility in Vancouver, WA.

Lance McDaniel

Lance is the Manager of Transmission and Dispatch Application Services for PacifiCorp and has over 25 years working in the Electric Utility industry. He has built, designed, installed and maintained multi-million dollar Energy Management Systems around the globe. Lance brings his knowledge of project management and attention to details to our board of directors.
