Charlotte White FNP

Charlotte began her career in nursing in 2004 as an LPN at a hospital in Western Idaho. Upon graduating with a BSN from Lewis-Clark State College in 2005, she began working at the University of WA Medical Center in Hematology/Oncology. While there, she found herself drawn to the patients who were closer to end of life. During that year, she further discovered her future in nursing was not so much in a hospital setting, but in patients’ homes. She became a Hospice RN Case Manager for 4 ½ years, then a Home Health RN Case Manager for 3 ½ more years. After relocating for a time to Texas, Charlotte graduated with her MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Hardin-Simmons University in 2014. Upon returning to the PNW she was an FNP for 18 months until she began her dream job as an ARNP in Hospice, serving families in Oregon and Washington, where she worked for almost 7 years. In 2021, Charlotte and her husband moved to Montana to enjoy the snow, fly-fishing, travel, and Glacier National Park. Even though now living in Montana, she continued working remotely for the Hospice agency for another 1 ½ years in Telehealth until the agency was sold. She has worked in Montana as a RN Case Manager at a local hospice for almost a year.  Charlotte is very excited to be an ARNP member with the MHPNW team working in Telehealth!
