Dianna is a strong community leader and passionate advocate for many causes throughout Clark County. She has worked in long-term health care for almost 30 years as a social worker and clinical case manager. She currently is the Health Services Liaison for Village Healthcare.

Kretzschmar serves on multiple non profit boards in addition to MHPNW. In 2013 she was a recipient of the Clark College Foundation Iris Award, which celebrates women’s outstanding contributions to the community. Dianna is married and the mother of 6 children. She believes that “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others” Mahatma Gandhi.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, and worked in the hotel & restaurant industry for many years as Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Catering. Most recently, she worked in the Healthcare industry as a Dietary Services Manager. Jennifer also served on the Washougal City Council for 9 years.

Lance is the Manager of Transmission and Dispatch Application Services for PacifiCorp and has over 25 years working in the Electric Utility industry. He has built, designed, installed and maintained multi-million dollar Energy Management Systems around the globe. Lance brings his knowledge of project management and attention to details to our board of directors.
